HOAWatchman.com is a website where community residents can anonymously post information about issues with their HOA. Social Media is not a good choice for this activity. Residents may be afraid to post their concerns for fear of retribution, or community shaming that often occurs on social media sites. The site is monitored by a database administrator and any offensive or egregious posts will be deleted.
Each community is assigned an administrator who is responsible for verifying the identity of user requests. The administrator can also post community documents in .PDF format in the community document repository. Administrators can also add images or videos to posts after they are validated by the community admin.
If you would like a community created, please select Request New Community Listing from the Browse Communities screen. We will create the community within 24 hours of your request.
You can request a new community and try the site for 30 days. If you continue to use the product, we would appreciate you signing up for an annual license. This helps us cover the cost of hosting and database administration.

This site is a valuable tool for our community. We are still under the control of a developer, and we like to document things that we feel should be addressed when our developer turns the community over to us. We don’t have to worry about being called out by another neighbor or the developer since our names do not appear on the postings.
